Studies have found that many female athletes experience breast injuries during sports, but very few report them or receive treatment. This confidential questionnaire gives athletes and families a safe place to report breast pain, blunt trauma, bruising, swelling, lumps, suspected fat necrosis, and other sports-related breast concerns without sharing their identity.

By speaking up anonymously, you help build awareness, strengthen future research, and support the movement for breast safety standards and real protection for female athletes.
