Known nationwide as 'The Lady Legend™', she is a trailblazing inventor, fearless entrepreneur, devoted mother of five, and a powerful advocate for women and girls in sports.
With over 25 years dedicated to women's athletic safety, Dr. McQueer made history by inventing the first and only female-specific football shoulder pad, the Zena Pad™. She later broke global ground again with the patented Bionic Bra™ — the world’s first true chest protection system engineered for female athletes. These landmark innovations are now sparking nationwide reform, Olympic consideration, and industry-wide recognition.
Dr. Pamela McQueer's 2026 Platform is called BUSTING OUT OF SILENCE - a global awareness and advocacy campaign designed to encourage athletes to speak openly about breast sports-related injuries, pain, trauma, and long-term health concerns that too often go unreported. This campaign exists to help break the silence, reduce stigma, create stronger injury reporting, and build a future where female athletes at every level are protected, heard, and taken seriously.

Together, Pamela McQueer and Roman Gabriel Jr. co-owned the Southwest Michigan Jaguars women's professional football team — one of the early powerhouses helping shape the future of women's sports. He was the first NFL legend to step up publicly, to truly believe women deserved the right to
compete, to play hard, and to love the game as fiercely as he did.
